Blessing Others

Acts 20:35 You must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He Himself said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive.”

Mission To Children enjoyed another year of fruitful ministry. Combined Federal Campaign givers made many of these programs possible through their own generous giving by payroll deduction. Some of the programs which were blessed through CFC donations included:

An orphanage staff in Rajahmundry, India who were able to obtain funding to put a fresh coat of paint on the aging walls of their facilities. Watch the slideshow here.

31 teachers at a Brasilian Baptist school who were trained in character education to directly benefit over 900 children in their classrooms. The chaplain of the school gave this positive comment about our character training program, "I am so exited. It is just that we need. We were trying to teach values during the last five years, but we did not know how. Many times I felt frustrated. But now, all the teachers are ready to cultivate character in our students."

185 children who were provided Christmas outreach dinners.

6 children from low income neighborhoods in Palestine whose school tuition was paid for the entire year ($400-500 value).

As a staff, we want to thank each Combined Federal Campaign donor. We realize that not every donor wants to be recognized, but we can't resist showing gratitude after another successful year of ministry.
